The conche (basins)
of marbel, in which happens the entire cycle of maturing, are
containers of varied dimensions it gains excavating an only
white marble block of Carrara. The most appreciated, in how
deductions the most adapted, are those obtained ones from the
extremely compact marble, in a lot fine grain called from the
quarrymans "cristallino" extracted at Colonnata in
the caves of the area called dei Canaloni.
This marble it favors the transformation
of satisfied fatty acids in insatiated fatty acids with a minimum
of maturing of 6 months, important for our genuine and healthy
feeding.
